By definition a belief system must lack evidence. I don't 'believe' in science. I however trust in sciences self correcting nature with the consensus of thousands of of experts giving us an amazing picture and understanding of the universe. Consensus says that there is no need for, or evidence for god to explain the universe and everything in it.

Belief is a relic from a time where the earth seemed impossible to comprehend.
