    Often in systematic failure- one gets all kinds of strange happenings.

    The economy has been acting unexpectedly to the traditional lever pulling for years

    one only needed to notice governments pulling levers to get to interest rate lows that were breaking thousands of year lows and not getting the hoped for results

    something is clearly very different
