Supertramp, altho you pose the question of enlightenment. There is no evidence to support that humans can attain such a thing like transcending ones existence, or being something out of this world. Altho having listened to the Dali Lama speek, whom seems an intelligent & peaceful person. The facts to date are that he is a person and we are all evolved beings, and humans are animals which have a brain which is inextricably linked to millions of neurons throughout our body which senses and reacts to the stimuli it recieves, then interprets these affects and reacts accordingly. Ie if something feels good, we like it & if it feels better we say we love it. However the point remains that something or someone helped us feel this for us and thus creates a relationship for us to help reciprocate the feeling back or not. cheers
