The dispute notice/announcement with GFA was on 12/08/09 so its coming up to nearly 2 months since.

One would think that it was about time CQT let the shareholders know about progress as i presume the outcome will govern what CQT do with regard to drilling on the JV area themselves.

IMO this lack of info is why the SP & volume is a little in the doldrums at the moment, whist the release of positive news will see the SP breakout heading towards the $1.00 mark.
Took the opportunity to acquire a few more at 71 cents during the last week.
Am confident it will take off with the right news.
