uncle glen has mentinoed already, after dilution, cnp is worth about 14-15 cents, yes, after 15th of january, cnp might shoot up higher than cer (i believe not much), with the dilution, cnp will give up its gain, and cer will trade higher, and the gaps will be even wider once cer announce the separation with cnp, and possibility of dividend, either will firm cer position.
cer is much more secure with great upside potential, i do not understand why still so many people fall in love with cnp. so far i have seen those professional trader like SWAP OR BUFFET, they both are holding substantial cer but less stake in cnp, and i believe their decision which back up by their in depth research and understanding and experiences has given us a clue which stock to hold over 15th of jan. of course i have done my own research and feel a lot more comfortable holding cer than cnp.
