    cer should go up and the pull back will less dramatic than cnp's.

    I wont own cnp shares after I saw dilution. CER has much more upside and possiblilty of a earlier diviend than CNP.

    Expect cer to hit 17cents and stay around 14-18cents til we get confirmation of divi then its 20-30cents.
