    ...it's more complicated than you may think.

    Their are many sides to the equation..

    here are some,

    cnp has management business/cer does not

    cnp owns assets jointly with cer,and has the stake in cer

    cnp separation from cer will come at a cost to cer

    asset impairment charges will affect cer more
