With this much efort in this post (I only gave it a cursory glance) who are you trying to convince? Yourself, or TAY AWAY from EXT & the sector!!
Simple.
IMO you argument is all moot, because EXT is not being valued by Hotcopper poster, but by the market. The fact is that it is in a takeover play, and regardless of your questions, the market & the big buyers are driving the SP up.
For people like you who come along on Thursday to make your first post on the EXT thread, I once again re-state: Where were you with this "brilliant insight" when the SP was $1.50? Because your comments aply whether EXT is $1.50, or $5.50.
If you beleive in the resurgance & value of uranium, you understand theRS deposit, & you have followed the EXT story & corporate play from the start, then all the argument is moot.
