sorry for not answering your question earlier.......but can i draw your attention to a couple of points.

1.....QTK stated they are cash flow positive from their Australian Operations

2.....QTK stated they were awaiting frequency allocation in China.

These points were made by QTK......i simply noted them for readers and suggested everyone read QTK press releases.

On the other point regarding MP and shareholdings.

I said WITHOUT qualification MP OWNS and OR controls over 55% of QTK is true and is FACT!

MP advised he directly controlled 33% of QTK shares

FACT

I went onto to make the statement he controls over 55% of QTK and he does.

The Top 20 list as at June 30 2006 which largely remains unchanged shows the Top 20 as holding 74.79% of QTK

I think 74.79% is bigger then 55%

but to satisfy your thirst for the truth.

1....Unterwerger owns "directly" 14.15 million FPO and has 12 m options

so we now have 151m shares out of 400m approx

2....Apex Tech Asia......own 14.458 million FPO and 14.458 m options

so we now have 181m shares

3....Mobilarm......own 20m shares

so we now have 201m shares

3....Cutler Holdings....own 15m shares

so now we have 215m shares

4....Jayden Investments .....own 15.269m shares

so now we have 230m shares

I could go on but we are at 230m shares ALL of which are loyal and committed to Pallister.

I think its fair to say my 55% is UNDERSTATED but lets agree MP owns and or CONTROLS.....OVER 55% of QTK.

why will become clearer when it needs to be.

and on Apex Tech Asia..........Peter French just happens to be the Chair of this company.

Who just happens to be a QTK Director.
