What I put up in one of my other posts for this process is that AWE comes with an offer for the GS shares at X, GS accepts and AWE purchases those shares and then within the required legal time frame files the form and makes the same offer to all parties.
Slam dunk for AWE and control of ADI is gained.....if they can agree on a price and if they (AWE) decide to go that way.
