    Koreans had the technology and the people that had worked on the technology.

    They also gave land and supported with grants. Korean investors provided money along the way as well.

    The problem as I see it was the supply chain, unavailability of staff and now it appears customers themselves being ready to buy the stuff.

    Any positive news on offtakes and the KMP commissioned and operating efficiently will certainly be welcome.
