The problem here is every hurdle that can/is placed around mining company, LTHs remember well how the Red neck frilly lizard held up approvals for years. Now we have an election comming up and our pollies to busy trying to save there own arses.
Makes the big money men nervous, and money is becoming expensive.
While supply/staff shortages are a factor I have found money (costs) can slow your project down.
It was but a short time ago when cash was thrown (at little cost).
For me in this economic climate I see ASM making progress.
Not as fast as I think most of us would like.
