I think it is just delays from Covid that stuffed everybody around. It was about a 2 year loss to anybody that was trying to get things up and running.
I am sure there were other reasons as well but it is obvious that delays occurred across the supply chain because of lack of movement allowed throughout the World, lack of supplies for the same reasons and lack of staff because of lockdowns, lockouts and sickness.
China seemed a bit different but then they were hit in 2022 harder than any other Country.
I think it is just delays from Covid that stuffed everybody...
