There will be a JV with Beingmate, but there won't be any SAMR that comes from it.
Remember that the $35M paid for Deloraine back in 2019 was to achieve SAMR, this will play out same.
If there is a price rally on the back on Beingmate announcement and you can exit at break-even, run for it.
Full P&L due out soon for 1H, will be interesting to see where costs are really at so far this year.
