Just throwing a thought out there to consider. While in many ways the company is going pretty well all things considered, sales seem to be gaining traction across broader lines, difficult conditions out there though for some market segments in that the Daigou job is looking bleak. But some strategies to move forward with that could be great if they come off. If they don't it might be a bit tough as burning a bit of cash.
So given that there are some bright lights and some challenges yet to be resolved, is it a good buy to pay $337 million for a company that makes $10.4 million gross profit??? Leave share price aside as we all look at it daily - If you were out looking for a business to buy would you think $337million to be cheap given where everythings at. Dont get me wrong, I like Bubs, I think the future is bright in terms of sales and demand for their products - but could it not be said that at $337mill MC for a profit of $10mill it is already pricing in a rosy outlook!! (which it may well enjoy).
Just because its a good company and might still do well - does that really mean the share price should go up??? It seems like it might have been just massively overvalued before - and even though it might do well - could still see a lower price?
$337 mill is a lot of money - Profit could double or triple and it still not be cheap!!
Just trying to look at it from a practical business sense! Talking the share price up is one thing but when you look at what that actually infers it seems crazy!!
