    my cynicism says it is (has been) go slow and with little or substandard promo until the raise on the PFS, not after PFS, with PFS... say 8c, convert the $3m from Leo and Neil with another $2-3m from insiders/network to refill the bank account a little. then hit the real promo hard. sign the offtakes. do the corporate cornerstone raise.
