tcis the fact is.... it is a blow to the permabulls if speculators and high risk fhb's cant get finance since these sort of people qualifying under easy credit helped create the bubble
permabulls and greedy speculators needed anyone and everyone able to buy overpriced housing to keep the bubble alive
