Do you think this company will ever be held to account?

    Hi all,

I'm a fan of the industry Veda's in, and have previously owned and sold out of the stock. My main ambivalence of the company is the sheer arrogance and disdain it holds toward its customers. Please don't assume I'm ramping here -click on the link, and you'll understand, if you didn't already. I'm a customer of Veda, and, just this afternoon, I called them. It took 40 mins on hold to get through. I knew exactly what I was asking (stuff that isn't on the website), yet the idiot operator on the other end just said what he assumed his stupid customer on the other end needed to hear (my question was specifically relating to the calculation of the score), then was very sarcastic and condescending when he finally responded to the substance of my question (even though he didn't answer it properly).

Do you think this is sustainable? Aren't they just priming themselves for disruption? Is having years of credit history stored up a moat that can't be surpassed by a cheaper, more competent organisation that doesn't treat the people whose information it holds with contempt?

I just find it baffling that the experience I had was the norm, yet nothing happens with it. It's behaving with the arrogance that only the public service (circa 1980) could get away with.
