    I must admit that now Veda is a public company held by shareholders everything is driven by revenue unfortunately.

    Consumer business from the public makes up a very small portion of their revenue so unfortunately this area suffers which is noticeable by the amount of customer service reps and call time. It isn't easy to get a free copy on their website, because they want you to pay for one.

    In all cases if a consumer has issues with a rep ask to talk to the team leader otherwise you will go to the ombudsman. Record everything from names, time waiting, date, promises made so you have substance when you make a complaint.

    Memberships are auto-renewal unless you deselect it upon registration I think.

    Experian are a new on the block bureau wise, so give them a go instead.
