I tend to agree PASBOZ, the sale agreement between GAM & MIN has not been completed and therefore PLS is still complying with their argeement with GAM. On the 28/6/16 MIN entered into an agreement with GAMW and at the time indicated to the market that it would update it on any progress. To date nothing has been forthcoming from MIN on the purchase, so one would assume that GAMW are still the rightful holder of the ROFR.
