that the share price is deliberately being run into the ground so that any "under-writer" can maximise their percentage of the fund raising?
Looks like it to me . . . .
Also watching for any Substantial Shareholders notices for shares held elsewhere by any of the Directors of TNC. IMO this would show they are raising money to put into TNC on the sly.
