The simplest reason is that Angus doesn't like losing money. He ahs an expensive lifestyle and needs income to keep it that way. Frankly TNC has become an embarassment to him, so I'm sure he'll want to pull it round somehow.
You know, knowing how the average people works helps enormously when investing.
