We all have too much to lose here to not take this into our own hands, let the big holders (index funds) vote on the resolution that is in our best interests It is quite simple, often these funds can't take this action themselves, they only vote on a recommendation by an proxy advisor.

From the announcement 8th May, why not mention the distribution of LLL shares? why, it's not their priority they want the party to continue. Until it's in a resolution, I don't believe anything different.
