While I have no idea what it may look like; I'm for whatever the accountants say gets us the most money back, and the tax-man the least - from both companies. If that means keeping both these companies alive another few years to take advantage of any accumulated losses then so be it. Lots of moving parts to it across both companies I'd imagine.
