There is zero obligation to do anything - but it's a fantastic opportunity to express your views, ask questions, suggest ongoing strategies, but above all - a huge opportunity to learn everything and anything associated with TMT.
You don't have to be a NO voter.
All are welcome.
I'm not breaking any confidences here, but it is important to recognise that this is NOT a group of angry small retail holders.
Some members have very large holdings - some are 10,000 or under shareholders too.
Everyone has one vote regardless!
Importantly - this group has actually bothered to research TMT, the big players in this environment and the groups involved (both for and against) the Takeover.
Countless phone calls and emails have been sent to many information sources to get as many points of view as possible so that members of this group can make informed decisions about the upcoming choices that will have to be made in the TMT project.
The group has grown to over 45 voices already (maybe more) - so please add yours.
Just by reading a few threads, it's clear there are many shareholders that are not in favour, or leaning against this takeover by AVL.
If you don't want to push on alone, you will be warmly welcomed by the group. If you do, that right will be respected as well.
That welcome will also be extended to YES voters - you guys may be seeing something we don't, and we can learn from it.
It is crucial that as many shareholders as possible are as informed as possible - especially with some very exciting and very big potential moves ahead of TMT as we strive to break ground asap.
Lastly - and it's very important - this group is growing in numbers and shareholdings by the week. New shareholders actually joined this weekend.
It represents a significant percentage of holders - something that could be very important if things become 'hostile'I would urge all TMT shareholders (and that is a requirement to join) to at least send an email to say 'Hi'.
Strength in numbers is never a bad thing for retail investors, especially at times like this.
All opinions are welcome!
