    I have re read it all, but found nothing new. Already knew it was a great story. Your post is a bit cryptic.Is there something hidden, that only you have read?

    One thing I noticed on the Fosters Research was that they consider it "High Risk." Yet there was no detail of risks.

    Are they thinking about coal quality, Chairman 1 fee, country risk? Any ideas?
