RISK.. I did flag the country risk thanks.
Don't see any construction risk. So little capex.
Don't agree with the cyclical risk,as if the product is ok,it will surely get priority in China, being so much cheaper than the sea borne stuff.
Sure there are risks,but I would not classify it as high risk, in comparison with many other product/mines etc.

Just my opinion.

It does appear that there is someone in the market, sitting on the price,knocking it back,then accumulating. Have you noticed?
