and my suggestion for most people out there, to save a stack of food money....
stop eating so much !
I watch all these fatties, young and old, walking around the park, doing their exercise ? barely circulating their blood
seems like every man and his dog walks this track.... they are all at least double what they should weigh...
I just know what they do all day...and it shows....they eat too much
an elderly neighbour, is out there walking in the 40 degree heat, he walks to the pub everyday, that is his only health contribution (instead of driving the 500 metres) ....he suffers heart complaints, has diabetes 2, and is grossly overweight.....apparently still eating the same big diet and drinking, as he did when he was a hard working labourer in his 20's a sedentary lifestyle, requires a reduction in food intake
