This stock has a chequered past (or to be more correct the "name" does) under a previous management and like most in this situation will pay for that in terms of PER until people forgive and forget............this situation often presents some of the better value buys, as long as you are confident of the current set up. One of my holdings PSA has a similar "problem."
In the case of AVJ it is basically a totally different company these days.
