In December 2007, OBJ executed a research collaboration agreement with the same FMCG company.

Note the word same. That is the telling factor.

In 2007 OBJ executed a Collaboration Agreement with the major international FMCG company to explore the use of ETP and DP with two compounds for overthe?]counter (OTC) use. This initial program was completed in March 2008 and in
December 2008 the Company announced a second and larger technology optimization program, etc etc........

I reckon December in Monday's announcement is wrong and it should have read October. Whether or not its October or December is accademic. My point is there are no other FMCG company's that have had two collaboration agreements with OBJ. I could be wrong but that's how I interpret it.

Why the secrecy now as ethan pointed out ? Does GSK want to throw 3m off ?

One thing is for sure the price action will tell you if there will be a bun fight between the two.
