In the Oct 28 2008 announcement OBJ signed a second collaboration agreement with the same FMCG they collaborated with in 2007 which is also same FMCG referred to in the latest announcement.
They announced the first GSK agreement in May 2007. The only timeline ambiguity is in the Oct 2008 announcement which mentions Dec 2007 as the date of the first FMCG agreement.
