What are the total dollar loses though?
Shareholders X dollar amount they paid has to exceed $30 million.
How many shareholders are there? I've never been to an AGM.
1000? 2000?
$30,000,000/1000 = $30,000 loss each as an average. Is that possible?
Some may have lost $3000 others may have lost $100,000.
