Good luck with it. The key issue ive encountered previously is that class action lawyers dont offer the no-win, no-fee on smaller companies such as this with not much money to their names. Directors liability insurance may kick in but it doesn't cover any deemed deliberate acts of dishonesty so then you are faced with going after directors that likely have 0 assets in their name.
Good on you for doing something about it though.
