I believe with everyone's hope so high on a permit before years end, the sp will likely drift to 20's if such announcment does not materialise.

things do and often get delayed, so why are we so hyped up about getting the permits before years end? all these hype and expectation will only drive the sp lower in the event that things are delayed.

dobro mentioned 2 months down the track...we wonder where the sp will be if there are no permits until such time??

consistently refering to a permit before years end will not do the sp any favours...
