doc land access

So after the court cases have been squared away we then have to deal with the land access agreements from DOC, what are the chances that they are the mob that trips us up?

DOC answers to the govt (or do they?) so I really really really hope that after all the BS that we have had to go through to get to this point we don't get shafted by DOC. Im sure they will try to bleed a bit more out of BTU in return for land access.

Westport has started feeling a considerable slowdown because of the delays (was just yacking to my brother in Westport who works as a builder and worked on the big shed).

Can the land access agreements be appealed ?

Almost 2 years of waiting for the green light and still the future is so uncertain for us. Solid energy is up the creek at the moment too, the coal they have is getting too expensive to get out and the coal they want is tied up in red tape along with Bathurst's.
