After reading translated Oil code and the Senegal model PSC I noticed this paragraph on DOC in PSC.
And then I remembered FAR Ann from September 1
6 Months after September 1 is March 1 2017 .....
Will we see FAR submit a "Development and Operation of plan Commercial Deposit" this week to make the March 1 date and hence comply with the PSC???
If this happens then the Government has 3 months to consider before DOC!
So DOC might be real by June 1 2017.....or sooner depending on Govt.
