I'm sure it could be but they wont until connectivity testing done so early next year is my tip.
The failure of the JV to do what they consistently said they would do with the appraisal programme....prove up commerciality smacks of CNE having done a deal with WPl not to preempt. The sudden unexpected halt to drilling and the timing really makes you wonder dosent it. IMO DB
