Sorry its nothing flash but we are under the pump dealing with the administrator & lawyers and trying to contact shareholders.
We can confirm that Rebecca Urban's story in the Australian newspaper (Fri 24th April 2009) is factually correct.
In summary;
- This group exists to represent the Ventracor shareholders and employees.
- Our goal is to see the company return from voluntary administration and continue on its path to profitability.
- In pursuit of this goal we have put forward a "Deed of Company Arrangement" which is now being considered by the administrators.
- We have engaged the services of a top Sydney law form and have insolvency specialists acting on our behalf.
- As I write this (10:12 am) members of the team are meeting with those experts to chart our course.
- Detail of the DOCA will be made available to registered shareholders when our lawyers have advised us to do so.
- We have contacted shareholders representing 11% of the shares on issue. All but 4 support our cause.

2. How many shares you have.
