The Chinese are chasing them for money & I assume LPD is chasing that Namibian entity for cash after the court case. Assets tied up on multiple continents. Management spread out all over the surface of the planet, from Perth to Namibia to Abu Dhabi & Canada. Different languages & time zones to deal with.
