The Executives scoffed at the idea of cutting their salaries even at the AGM, some 2-3 weeks before VA. So this team was prepared to sink the company to keep their salaries to the very last minute and now there are plans to bail them out so they can continue getting paid? No thanks. They don't deserve another cent from shareholders. Pay cuts should have started 12 months ago, not as part of a VA deal.
Get rid of Board should be Step 1.
