My legal request is; the Strategic Metallurgy shares in GJ disclosure are certainly security of LPD, Not for the use of.Who paid for these shares and why the huge no. ie 269,604,534 .One does not get shares indirectly or directly if no payment was transferred.From the transfer comes the security.
