Absolute madness that the BOD refused to cut salaries at the AGM, knowing the VA was just around the corner, after years of delays, pay rises and freebies, then come with hat in hand via proxy to an online forum to shareholders as a way of (potentially) getting themselves out of this mess.
The incompetence and naivety of this BOD is staggering and extremely concerning.
