On second thought, I don't know if the idea came directly from the BOD.

I suspect the "loan" idea came from that small "slacker" group on Facebook.

You know the ones? The ones that claimed JW was the next Messiah & he could turn water into wine, heal the blind & walk on water. The ones that created the term "Lepidicans" & vowed to keep their hearts true to the cause & sacrifice their blood on the battlefield, for their one true love, JW. When they pass on from this world it will be written in stone, on their headstones, "I was a true Lepidican & I died honourably with a pure heart for JW."

You know the ones? The ones that produced their own goddamn T-shirts!!!

That "slacker" group on Facebook have poured their heart, soul, money & 10 years of their life into this company & they don't want the dream to die!

Their grand plan? Give JW & the crew more money!! A "loan", because the last $10m wasn't enough!! What would you expect JW & the BOD to say? "Na, don't worry about it, it's all good." If shareholders are stupid enough to give JW & crew more money, well of course they're going to take it!!

How in God's name will LPD pay back that money to shareholders? If it's a convertible note plan, then it's no different than another CR.

How about they sell some mugs, key rings & beer coolers along with the shirts & give that money to JW & the crew?

Just a suspicion of mine with a dash of tongue in cheek & all in my honest opinion!!
