sorry have to disagree the collapse in the Li price which really came quite suddenly is the main reason we are not up and running, sadly China are sovereign investors maybe they have a mother lode in China and maybe they are dealing direct with those uncontested territories they certainly arent going to shout it from the roof tops, so when the major manufacturer and producer of Li batteries gets critical material elsewhere and amortises the cost through sovereign investment what do you think will happen.. You cannot compete because the numbers will not stack up the west arent getting it at least Britain seeded investment for Cornish I dont see anyone else doing it, why do you think of the top 18 growth nations in the world not one is a Western capitalist country of the 18 who do you think is financing half of them, well heres a clue its not the west. Its easy to bag the board but I doubt anyone would have done a better job and it could be worse we might have built the refining plant in the UAE and be producing and still be in VA or worse then there would be no chance------lets wait and see production targets will be reviewed I dont think Europe have built any converters to manufacture batteries
