    I doubt it.
    Particularly given that it comes with unresolved litigation (Jiangxi Jinhui Lithium Co., Ltd).
    I think the IP is all they'd be interested in and the cheapest way for them to acquire it would be to wait until the very end when administrators will take next to nothing to pay creditors cents in the dollar.
