There is ownership, it is owned by Bright Minz Pty Ltd and therefore it will be included in the list of assets because Bright Minz is included in the VA, must be that all the companies listed in the VA are a subsidiary of LPD. (See link below)
There is no way this will become a dusty patent forgotten about, like I said it will be sold for peanuts and I bet it's a related entity/person who buys it.
There won't be any deal, the only deal will be someone related buying the patent for peanuts then using it or selling it themselves and pocketing the $$
