Yes call in the Administrators and the Directors are in the clear as long as no crime is involved.
They might even get a pat on the back for doing it and branded as responsible managers.
I am amazed that all this has gone on for so long.
And yet it's not over yet.
A Phoenix company could still result.
I have seen a few of these Auctions before where bargains have been bought and then a new entity appears, with fresh paint and front men. However the old faces are still somewhere in the background.
It's not over till it's over.
The Administrators will be the winners as always. I my opinion, thieves covered by legal protection.
