This just the company doing what they have been doing for the last few years, releasing 'phantom' announcements to give shareholders hope while at the same time, give the impression that they are earning their salaries !!! what i would like to know is what a team of 28, now 17 have been doing all this time, are they so incompetent that it requires months to word a new announcement as they have used every other excuse in the book ??
