My Reading of it suggests shareholders to get 8c in the dollar.
But wait there is a catch! As ctl mergers with aul. Ctl becomes about a third partner in the new entity. And there is about $6 million in cap raising shares issued.
Back of envelope figures... ahhh hell I am not even gonna waste my time and try and figure that one out!
Suffice to say that ordinary sh in ctl end up with bugger all shares in the merged entity, which is still listed as aul, and our new shares are escrowed for 12 months.
If only the ctl bod had merged with aul 18 months prior when A1 had a gangbuster quarter...
