    OK .now we have established that there is no liquidation or insolvency or permanent shut down..! What now!!

    What is the proposed doca going to be ....?due after the 45 day delay by mid june.?

    Will there be a dilution of shares for all shareholders or what are they going to do?? Seems like this is the only major hurdle for us shareholders now.!

    Return it to the directors in C&M and restructure the notes to maintain the control factor?

    Doca 2 does not seem like a good option as it would have been done by now..!?
